Behavioral Specialist:
Two full time positions for Behavior Specialists. One to work with adults with developmental disabilities and one to work with youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance. Will serve as the primary source of information to professionals, families, guardians and consumers regarding behavioral supports. Development and implementation of behavioral plans will be a major focus. For those interested in working with adult population familiarity with the Gentle Teaching concept is a plus, as implementation of the concept is required. Positions require a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field, with fully licensed candidates preferred. Must also possess specialized training, educational background or endorsement/certification as a behavioral specialist. Prior clinical experience preferred. The Child Behavioral Specialist position will be based in West Branch and will work across a three County service area and must be willing to work flexible hours. The Adult Behavioral Specialist may be based in either West Branch or Oscoda and must also cover the three County area. Emergency, after hours on-call work required. Registered Nurse:

PC Maintenance & Support Technician
This full-time position is responsible for providing customer-oriented, help desk support for staff, and is required to configure, maintain and repair desktop/laptop computers. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and dependable, with excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills. They will possess expert knowledge of PC components and peripherals, the Microsoft Windows desktop operating system, and the Microsoft Office productivity suite. Experience working with Microsoft Server operating systems, Crystal Reports, networking, printer maintenance and repair, and experience in a healthcare environment are preferred. The position is located in West Branch, Michigan, and may require weekly travel to multiple locations. An Associate’s Degree in computer science or a related field, or a combination of a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of hands-on experience in a technician role, is required. Starting salary is $30,000, negotiable based on experience. Wraparound Coordinator:
Opening for a full-time position in the Iosco County area. This position requires strong organizational, communications, and facilitation skills. Prior experience with Wraparound, community based services, and or the treatment of families supporting the needs of SED youth a plus. BSW preferred, a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with three years experience required. Current qualifications as a QMHP or CMHP a plus. After hours on-call duties are required. Youth Co-occurring Therapist:
Seeking a Michigan licensed Master’s level therapist, with CADC preferred, to provide co-occurring treatment to youth and family members as a part of newly formed youth and family treatment program. Prior treatment experience in both behavioral health and co-occurring treatment preferred, with some combination of relevant experience considered. Must have the ability to work effectively with colleagues and communicate and collaborate with professionals from other agencies. Information Technology (IT) Director
A fulltime, at-will opportunity exists for a capable systems administrator ready to provide direction and supervision of an IT department. Leads a 3-person technology team. The selected candidate will be a key leadership team member that enthusiastically engages collaboration with other departments and locations to determine IT needs/priorities.
Requires experience in administration of a Microsoft Windows network environment (Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2003/2007/2010), and expert knowledge of security, network topologies (WAN/LAN, WAPs, VPN, etc. across 30 locations) and risk mitigation. Must have experience with written IT policy development, finance (budget & purchasing), and working with multiple vendors. Will be required to collaborate with two other CMH organizations in compliance with affiliation IT direction. Knowledge of electronic medical or healthcare records, and familiarization with compliance requirements (HIPAA, Balanced Budget Act, Meaningful Use, etc.) are beneficial. Knowledge of VoIP, SANs, and ability to configure network appliances are a plus.
The position requires a bachelors degree from a regionally accredited university in computer science, finance, business or a related field. A masters degree is preferred. Five or more years of experience in a hands-on capacity doing network and/or systems administration and PC/User support. Two or more years of supervisory experience is necessary. Microsoft certifications at or above MCTS will have priority. Starting salary is $ 55,000, negotiable based on experience.

The Family Program is seeking applicants for a case management position in Ogemaw County. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest or experience working with children with severe emotional disturbance and their families, the ability to work effectively with other professionals, and strong organizational and computer skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with eligibility for Michigan Licensure is preferred, and those with a related degree considered.
