Fee for Services

It is the policy of AuSable Valley CMH to assess a fee for services. The fee may be adjusted based upon the consumer's ability to pay. The Ability to Pay shall be determined by the Fee Scale called for under contract with the Department of Community Health.
No consumer will be refused services for an inability to pay.
AuSable Valley CMH bills Medicaid
and other third party insurances as appropriate.
